What is Pauper Highlander?

Pauper Highlander is a community-maintained Magic: the Gathering format.

Rules

Pauper Highlander is a 100 card singleton, 1v1 format.
Each deck must contain exactly 100 cards; must contain only cards printed at common and must not contain more than one of any card. The exception to these rules are basic lands and any cards that state otherwise, e.g. Shadowborn Apostle.
Each deck also may not contain cards that are on the banlist:

• Silver-bordered and Acorn cards
• Culturally Insensitive Cards
• Cards with the Conspiracy supertype

Pauper Highlander has a Points List. Each Deck may not contain more than 10 points worth of cards.
